Florida Company Manager / Casting Director

She wanted to be an actor, but after realizing it was harder than it looked, jumped into casting and never looked back. Jenny broke into the business as a Casting Assistant for Herb Mandell Casting in the early 90s. You do the math.

Jenny took a detour out of casting by serving as Director of Talent for Susanne Haley Talent, seeing the agency through its merger with another talent agency to become the largest talent agency in Central Florida, where she served another six years as Director of Talent. “It was the longest 10 years of my life...and I thought acting was hard!”

After representing some of the top television, feature and commercial actors in Florida, Jenny returned to her first love of casting, determined to conquer the challenge of background casting in the Southeast. CROWDshot Casting, a company modeled after Central Casting but specializing in addressing talent needs throughout the state of Florida, was launched and remains the top company addressing this most challenging aspect of production.

Jenny has cast thousands of extras and principals for print, feature, television and commercial  projects in LA, NY, Chicago and all of Florida for clients that include, H+M, Disney, Universal, McDonald’s, Home Depot, PGA and Major League Baseball. Her feature and television casting credits include, Magic Mike, Iron Man 3, Dolphin Tale 1 and 2, HBO’s Ballers, Burn Notice, The Glades, and HBO’s Recount.

Jenny holds a B.A. in History and Russian from the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!
