Casting Director - Miami

Veronica is our principal Miami-based casting director and resident digital media and technology guru, bringing with her a background that includes management for Apple Computer, extensive experience in marketing, and several years in customer service. In 2011, she began working in casting and quickly mastered the many aspects of the business as she ascended to full-fledged casting director, eventually taking the reins of the South Florida operation. 

Veronica’s deep familiarity with the South Florida scene, its rich Latin culture, and multinational population allows her to bring a unique perspective to all of our Miami castings. With native Ecuadorian parents, Veronica often employs her bilingual skills to help ensure that our Spanish-speaking talent and Spanish market clients are always at ease. And her complete understanding of our clients’ vision consistently inspires outstanding performances from the talent.

In her spare time, Veronica can be found exploring Miami’s many antique shops in search of unique trinkets for her home, or frequenting the area’s many world-class tattoo parlors.

Veronica holds a B.A in Business from Florida International University.
